Long waiting long times like 8 hours
I think this is the first time I’ve given 5 starts to a DC. But I’m so appreciative of these guys. I was the last truck and I could not be more grateful they were able to get me in. THANK YOU
THEY WERE QUICK TO GET A DOOR BUT THERE IS NO OVERNIGHT PARKING AFTER THEY UNLOAD YOU.

Delivery on 5/16/25 Arrived at 8:55 AM for a 9:00 AM appointment. I recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early due to the line. Checked in at the guard shack and moved forward to the truck standing area. Got a call at 9:25 AM to go to dock 51. They started unloading at 9:50 AM and finished at 10:20 AM. After pulling out of the dock, I waited for paperwork until 11:15 AM — almost an hour, even though the lumper fee was prepaid….
