Rudest staff ever. Every item I brought to the register scanned incorrectlythis is my second time I'll never go back. Even after the manager told me the price the register wouldn't allow her to give it to me

I go to this Dollar General On Lake Havasu Ave. to buy my laundry soap, toilet paper, and some cleaning supplies. I went there last week and there is some homeless guy living on the side of the building, with a bunch of stuff piled up on the side of the building along with a baby stroller and a mattress with blankets. As I am walking up to the store from my parking stall, he comes up and says "give me some money please", I said "excuse me", he then said "I need some money now".
