Do not use this company to do your floor. They will left you hanging without any communication. The job is lousy. Not one thing that we have been told was true. The job was done by the teenagers. They have left large gap between the floor planks. A few places are missing floor planks between the planks. Then, they also rips up the receipt attempt to destroy the contract. I visited this place yesterday and search of remnant carpeting and I was pleasantly surprised how many remnants that they had. I have been to other big box and carpeting stores and they had a very small selection of remnants. Jerry Israel waited on me and he was a very helpful in my decision to purchase a remnant piece.
