Absolute scam. I wouldn’t recommend anyone book with this company. They require a 500$ hold on a DEBIT CARD for a 300$ rental. (That doesn’t get credited until several days after you’ve returned.) save your self the headache, the low prices are to entice people then you pay the money out of desperation. Customer service does no help, and you can’t even charge between separate cards. It’s ridiculous.

This business needs to be shut down by the state attorney general office (and I'm going to try). I rented a vehicle on carrentals.com. I purchased extra insurance through carrentals because it was cheap and wanted extra protection. When I arrived the associate asked me if I wanted rental insurance. Not only did I say no, I showed the girl the email showing I purchased it already. When i checked my credit card statement they charged me $206.00 for insurance.
