The rental process was easy. Extending the rental was the easiest by far. All you need is your reservation number and last name. The cost can't be beat. They even gave me a new car as a rental. They sent me a receipt for the exact price they quoted. I will definitely rent here again.

I wish there was more signage in the Providence airport to tell you where the rental car place is. I didn't realize there was a walkway straight to it. Once i figured it out the rest of the process was easy because i was able to do everything online ahead of time. I found the car i was assigned fairly quickly and it was ready to go.

Horrible customer service. After 8 failed attempts to speak to someone we are calling the bank to cancel charges. They can make efforts to contact us. We rented a car after having to swap the car out twice for mechanical problems. The third car was old as dirt but in the process had to pay $50 in toll charges they said they would reimburse. We have tried way too many times to reach them. Pay attention to the ratings. These people are a joke.

Rented an EV for about 7 hours to visit relatives. Never rented an EV before didn't know how the whole recharge thing worked, she gave me a mapof area charging stations said it would take between 1/2 hour to 1 and 1/2 hours. I didn't have that kind of time to wait for the car to charge so I asked approximately how much it would cost for them to recharge the car she said about $20.00.
