All i wanted was change for a large bill next thing you know my bank account got closed. all I wanted was to break 100 dollar bill!!
I am 20 years customer. I recently introduce some friends to open accounts in dollar bank. They all had bad experience, rude service. One of my friends has opened an account for more than 1 month, still cannot use this bank to transfer money. Calling service needs to wait ~ 1 hour, and still can not solve the problem! We have spent many many hours to try to make the online banking work! Now, we are inside the Oakland bank branch, the staff here are much decent than squirrel branch staff! Be careful to choose Dollar Bank!
