This branch doesn't read notes on an account. Had to change accounts due to a scam. Left money in old account to cover automatic payments and a list was provided. This branch turned back two autopayments causing a lot of damage to my credibility. Will be switching branches. Another branch faxed over another list.
I went there trying to open an account. Waited for 45 minutes for a bald-@$$ shiny head banker who pretended to be on a hold. On a hold for 45 mn while there are customers in the branch: you either lack common sense or you dont wanna help or work ..... you waste people's time, you tarnished the image of a bank that is probably not so bad and MOSTLY you tarnish the image of us brothers and sisters making us look dumb, irresponsible, lazy and negligent.
