They have good customer service. I always make my mortgage payment there. And I never have problems they are fast and professional
I been banking with them since 2015 I think. I used to enjoy it now the app screws up all the time...the website is down half the time so I can't see my account info. Today they're "backed up" on issuing direct deposits for no reason at all. Dollar bank you need to do better. Ill be looking for a new bank because Ive had nothing but headaches with Dollar Bank in the last 6 months. Tired of it.
Terrible customer service, unprofessional, need more training and slow. I wouldn't recommend unless you don't mind ignorance and ridiculous fees.

I went into the branch with a pretty complicated issue about online banking to get help with, and was delighted at how friendly and helpful the staff was. All without making me feel like an idiot. Well done.
