I love all the tellers at Southside bank
I just had to go out my way real quick to leave this review. I’ve been a loyal DB customer for a while now and I just want to say this is my favorite branch and is by far the best DB branch from my experience. I like the Allentown office too, Most of the branches are good but this location is just outstanding . The staff seems to be very knowledgeable and compassionate and you just don’t get that very often now days . Bank reversed a check I deposited through their app. Said it was excepted. Thought it was all good they reversed it because of a bad image 5 days after. Not my that happened, I don't have the check. Told me to call customer service. Almost an hour wait. Who has time to wait 57 minutes? I'm disabled and on a very tight budget so that 95.00 dollars means I I have to buy cheaper food items which are not good for an insulin dependent diabetic with neuropathy. Plus several other medical and mental health issues
Doesn't involve the bank. Not sure what she is a part of in the building. But a lady with black and red twists across from the bank inside was very rude.
