Terrible experience. I been banking with Dollar Bank since 2014. When I went in today to speak with a branch manager to see if I could get my funds immediately due to an emergency. I was advised I couldn’t. I wouldn’t recommended this branch at all. Being a loyal customer, REALLY. Honestly, from this experience I plan on finding a different bank to bank with. If I could give zero stars I would.
I would like to thank Rolanda Lawson for helping me open my checking account very nice Lady and very helpful. We need more people like Rolanda.
I like this branch Compared to some of the other branches. This is One of the better ones. its just super busy every time. The one on Carson they look at you funny and the one in Brentwood acted like I was talking in Chinese as if she was surprised that I was black.
It has a drive-thru n nevr crowded
