Be leery of this establishment Beware of the practices at this store. In a previous visit, I was told to go to their website where I could print and use coupons. When I attempted to use the coupon, it was refused. This is not what I think of for great customer service.
GIve it a shot MY friends use dollar 99 anytime dry cleaners and they love this place. Oh well, if i could drive from morrisville to apex , then i would also use this place.

Use any other cleaners!! Went in to pay for dry cleaning and was told there is a 10.00 minimum purchase to use a card. This is clearly against the Mastercard Merchant agreement. Take your money to ethical businesses not this establishment.
A Terrible customer service! Upon entering the store, the lady at the counter was sitting down and did not greet me. II came in one hour before my pickup time said on the ticket and the lady at the counter was extremely rude to me. She could have nicely said that "it will be done shortly, I'm sorry to have to make you wait". But instead she handed me my ticket back and she said "it is not done yet, you have to come after 4pm". Well I will certainly not be coming back here either ever again!

Dollar 99 Anytime Dry Cleaners is Great I think it is great, price is right, people are nice, and I have NEVER had an issue with them that they didnt resolve quickly and to my satisfaction. Been going there for 5 years. And by the way...after 5 years and dealing with the owner on a few issues...his name is John Richard Henderson...maybe you should do your home work more extensively before you start making childish comments about peoples names.
