Dr. Donnelly is amazing, he listens to your concerns and is extremely personable. However, his staff is BEYOND rude! The front desk receptionist is nasty and condescending and clearly does not like her job. Fortunately, Dr. Donnelly has moved to a new practice (Ear Nose and Throat Specialists), where the staff is absolutely amazing and caring. Do yourself a favor and schedule with his new practice, you won’t be disappointed.
Top shelf, he listens and makes you feel comfortable with his examination. Definitely one of the best doctors. Would recommend him to anyone needing a good ENT doctor.
Dr.Dolgin barley spoke to me, rather dismissive. Thank godess they have a nice staff, nurses and Audiologist.
