Dr.H. evaluated our sons ankle on a second opinion and very quickly discovered it was a tumor that needed immediate and specialized care. During our visit he stepped out to contact a former colleague that's a joint tumor specialist within several hours Moffitt Cancer Center was on the phone to us to establish an appointment and game plan for our son. Dr.H. was the beginning of a team of physicians that saved our sons ankle and we will be forever grateful 🙏.
Dr H was great while I was under his care. Had ankle surgery performed & every step of recovery included an appt with him as a check-in, to see how I was progressing (soft cast to stitches out & hard cast, to walking boot with PT.) We did try PT before surgery, which didn’t help - but he wanted to be conservative due to my younger age.
Just had surgery with Dr Herscovici and he was wonderful. Made sure all scripts needed afterwards I had. Good bed side manor. Loves to put you at ease with a little humor but so caring professional and an excellent surgeon.
After a post op infection at the site of all my toes being amputated by this Dr I had sepsis and in acute pain and was told * There is nothing more I can do for you* I have since gone to a real and caring surgeon who reoperated on my foot and placed me on IV antibiotics for 4 months.The wound has healed. If you want to save your foot do not go to this Dr!
Had ankle fusion. Absolutely no pain! Surgery and recovery went smoothly. Staff was wonderful. I am a year and a half out. Walking pain free. Thank you so much!
