I dnt recommend to rent from this property!!!!! It is a horrible place to live.... they have roaches, cock roaches, mice, and nets!!!!! the appliances are not updated. Very rude staff who do care for their tenants!!! they have no remorse during the pandemic didn't following any guide line regards the pandemic !!! There where pluming issues with the rest room it took months to resolve. the wall had mold and leakage issue from the roof that never was repaired !!!!! they made up all type of lies so they wouldn't have to pay b... read more

Mr. Dolejs has no business ethics and only acts if failing to do so would unavoidably prompt legal trouble. He erroneously gave me an eviction notice for late rent when in fact my rent was prepaid two months ahead of schedule; I proved he cashed my check but tracking him down to confirm his mistake required multiple attempts over several days. Think twice before renting through this management company. We were asked to pay 2.5 months rent for a deposit plus the first month to even get a place. That should have been the first clue to take our money and run. Then roaches were found, luckily before stuff was moved in, so we asked for it to be taken care of. They supposedly did something but there was not any trace of something being done. Low and behold another roach was found, not a dead one which I assumed would be a possibility since "they took care of the issue".... read more
