Yesterday, I went in with a folder of paperwork showing reasons why I was asking to break my lease. I was relaying the information to ladies at the front desk. One of them walked to the office where who I can only assume belonged to the Leasing Manager (a male) and another employee (female) who were YELLING so loudly in their offices about my request to break the lease, I heard it at the front counter.
