Maze is okay, gardens are really pretty, while the train ride is relaxing and informational. Dole whip is great but huge.

All pineapple everything, everywhere. They also have really great souvenirs.
Train ride is cool for kids and I enjoyed it as well. I'd avoid paying for the other two activities (maze and garden tour).
