Absolutely loved the homes for sale here. Super affordable and well-made. Decided to go with another community just because we were able to get land with our home. Shiela, our agent, has been really nice and informative as shes walking us through the home buying process. I would def recommend her!
Cheap homes, built way to close together
Take your hard earned money else where. We did not use the DR horton lender because my wife and I don’t have bad credit. Because of this, we were pushed to back and watched home after home close while we waited and were lied to. The home was of poor quality and after I pulled the permits the home wasn’t completed because the builders are complete idiots who don’t communicate.
