Be very careful when inspecting a rental home. Too bad it didn't have electricity when we inspected it or we would have felt and heard all the little drafts coming in through the electrical outlets, windows and exposed holes (in places you'd never think to look) letting in warm air from the poorly insulated attic. Can't wait to see what other surprises are in store for us. You taught us a very expensive but valuable lesson, thank you. And yes I know it's all there in the fine print, as-is.
