Be very careful when inspecting a rental home. Too bad it didn't have electricity when we inspected it or we would have felt and heard all the little drafts coming in through the electrical outlets, windows and exposed holes (in places you'd never think to look) letting in warm air from the poorly insulated attic. Clearly the home was not ready for move in and should have never been listed in this condition. You taught us a very expensive but valuable lesson, thank you. I am forever grateful to them for keeping my children and I comfortable during this hard time.
