Please don’t rent with this landlord. I took video on move in/move out. Deep cleaned. Left it in better condition it was given to me. Paid a high amount in electricity due to AC unit being so old and only patched when it’d freeze over. The neighbors unit would also freeze and one neighbor got charged for all water spots on the outside.
