Rude, shockingly unprofessional and a physically painful experience for my child. Would never come here again. Not a full service salon. This is a sweat-shop volume based business. You will be treated with a high degree of disrespect if they feel they can’t have you in and out in 15 mins. I watched in horror as this woman literally yanked clumps of hair out of my daughter’s head. Her hair was badly tangled and there was no hot water to shampoo and condition the hair.
