I took my Quickmill machine in about a year and a quarter ago to have the heating element replaced. After weeks and weeks of the runaround, I finally reached the owner by phone who did expedite the repair. But it took a lot of work to get that done. Now just a year and a quarter later the heating element is failing again, and Dolce Neve will not stand behind it or warrant it. I definitely do not recommend this place to repair anything. I ask them if they fixed espresso machines, and that mine was from Italy and had only been used for three years, she assured me that it would not be an issue to fix. I was told I would receive an email and to fill out the survey about the machine. so I submitted a survey online and brought it in. I get a call four weeks later, letting me know that they could not work on my machine and when I asked why the lady said that the gentleman that works on these machines ha... read more

Grateful that Dolce Neve exists. We invested in a nice Rocket espresso machine and only 3 years in, the steam wand broke. We were lost on what to do until we found Dolce Neve! They learned the problem, ordered the right parts and then scheduled a tech visit. Nathan was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. He took it back to the shop to fix and then when ready, another tech visited to deliver and install the machine. Good to go!
