I have a Rancilio Silvia circa 2002 and the boiler finally failed. The Dolce Neve gang came highly recommended by Rancilio USA. This proved very accurate. I was going to rebuild it myself and they accommodated my delusional state but the parts they gave based on my hallucinations were not the right ones. I took my Quickmill machine in about a year and a quarter ago to have the heating element replaced. After weeks and weeks of the runaround, I finally reached the owner by phone who did expedite the repair. But it took a lot of work to get that done. Now just a year and a quarter later the heating element is failing again, and Dolce Neve will not stand behind it or warrant it. I definitely do not recommend this place to repair anything. I ask them if they fixed espresso machines, and that mine was from Italy and had only been used for three years, she assured me that it would not be an issue to fix. I was told I would receive an email and to fill out the survey about the machine. so I submitted a survey online and brought it in. I get a call four weeks later, letting me know that they could not work on my machine and when I asked why the lady said that the gentleman that works on these machines ha... read more
