I just went in at around 4:15 PM and I’m genuinely shocked at the customer service. I walk in and both of the ladies who are doing someone’s nails turn their heads look at me and don’t even say a word not even a hello. I stand there awkwardly for about two minutes before someone even comes up to me. If you check the cameras, you can see that entire scenario.
