I love working here and I love my residents!
We been here for a few months and on warm days we always have to put in a service request because the A/C in our apartment does not work properly. We set it to a temperature of 73 and instead of cooling the indoor temp rises to 80 degrees. I have submitted about 6 request and the first 3-4 request were closed and said to be completed, the funny thing is that the same day they claimed to had come out and fix it no one from the maintainer team came out because I was on time off from work that day.
