I been at Dolce for five years. I love it here. The staff is very friendly and helpful and show great concern for every resident. They make sure that Dolce remains a quiet, well- kept community of friendly neighbors. The Maintenance team is very timely concerning work orders. I would recommend Dolce to anyone who is looking for a quiet and up-scale place to live.
The best place to live! I love being here. I have lived here three years with absolutely no issues at all. The management staff and maintenance team are always so friendly and helpful. I love my unit with the attached garage and I rarely hear my neighbors. Nothing like any other apartment I have lived in before. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you to the onsite team for making this such a great place to live.
The only positive thing about these apartments were the garages and floor plans. My unit felt very spacious and open. However, the quality of buildings are very poor. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing whether they’re above or below you. My unit felt moist from day 1, I had to remove outlet covers to clean off the mold and my window sills had water damage painted over. There were 3 guest for the 3 residents that live on the property several witnesses to attest to the mistreatment and yelling of the staff member there is further dishonesty Update- What made this situation even more egregious was the completely unnecessary escalation involving law enforcement. Instead of handling the matter professionally, management chose to involve the police, resulting in my son and me being confronted as if we were criminals.
