I was evicted because my adult son was visiting he was not on the lease and he was arrested in the parking lot by police I was not aware of the situation because police did not notify me although they were in the parking lot. The office came the next morning and notified me I had 3 days to move although he was not on the lease it was a violation of my rights.

I have been living here for a year and it has been a great experience! It is in a great location near Krogers and many food establishments. The staff here is friendly too. Great place to live if you are looking for an apartment! Edit: I removed two stars. Even before moving out, I was informed that I would not receive my deposit back because they want to "clean their way". I then had to pay an additional $220 to pay for the floor and stove. I have never had a rental do anything like this and it reeks of corporate greed.
