I don’t know where to start If you have guest just pick them up cause it’s beyond a hustle for guest to park in the complex. Not only do you have to go through a whole set of questions then you have to look for guest parking, which are only few close to each block and residents end up parking there with no consequences however when guest park in the normal residential parkings they are towed. Really nice customer service!
I was evicted because my adult son was visiting he was not on the lease and he was arrested in the parking lot by police I was not aware of the situation because police did not notify me although they were in the parking lot. The office came the next morning and notified me I had 3 days to move although he was not on the lease it was a violation of my rights.
