I paid for a chandelier a month ago and nobody's available on the phone nor email to schedule a pick up with me so went to the store personally. The doors were locked, a note says "under renovation" and my chandelier is who knows where?! PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE TO CALL ME ASAP!
Do not shop here. Sales rep put a floor model on hold . Spoke to sales rep twice to let her know I was coming to pick up. Drove out of myway to pick up light, only to tell me they changed their mind and they will not be selling g me the floor model. Worst customer service. Very sad because I dealt with Silvio with other transactions and he was amazing. I'm guessing this is why he left the company

They also help you get a customized lighting which is unique and not available with them and they arrange it for you. Moreover the staff and people working there make you feel like you are staying in an automated 5star home. Would absolutely recommend it to others 100%.
