RecommendedMy family and I went to Dolce Italia for the first time tonight! It was absolutely amazing! I had one of the speciality pasta dishes, my husband had the bolognese and my kids had the shrimp linguini! Everything was delicious! The homemade bread was great and the desserts were yummy as well ! Tiziana the owner was so nice too! We will definitely be back again soon!
The food was delicious. The specials are a family recipe. The owner provided great customer service. She was attentive and recommended the perfect wine pairing with dinner. Jon and I highly recommend supporting this local and authentic restaurant.

Excellent food, and the owner/chef takes special care to accommodate special requests, like vegan options. Small place so reservations are helpful. Worth the wait though.
We arrived without reservations nor were we dressed properly (short and t shirts at the dinner hour after traveling all day) but they welcomed us and seated us quickly. Restaurant was full but had one open table. Staff was excellent explaining all the menu specials and drink specials. The food was to die for! Best Italian I've had in a long time. Fellow NYer told me to check it out for great Italian Food. He was on pointe. Eggplant, Meatballs, Pasta, Gnocchi, Sauce, Seafood Dish, Bread all excellent.
And an excellent owner who does her best to make people feel welcome
