Delicious, affordable and very friendly.
I don't have a gluten problem, but I have friends and family members who do, so I've ended up trying a lot of gluten-free bakeries over the years. Honestly, I haven't had the best experiences. Most of the cakes and breads I've tried were dry, tasted like cardboard, or had a weird aftertaste. If you’re looking for a gluten-free bakery, this one is an absolute must-try! We were visiting from the DFW area and dropped by on our way out of town with modest expectations. Wow, were we blown away. We tried their fruit danishes, donut twists, cinnamon rolls, and a few other pastries. Bought a mixture of gluten free items loved each item. Lite not to sweet and highly recommend giving this bakery a try. Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Owner also has Wheat allergy. I was just passing through, good thing we stopped would have missed a gem of a bakery.
I dream about their maple bar! So dang good! Also had cake and a breakfast burrito, also excellent. Highly recommend this gluten free bakery!! I wish I lived near by
