Overall, my stay at the hotel was great. The room and hotel were very clean, and the valet service was excellent. I did have a billing issue, but Ben resolved it quickly. Before checking in, I paid a $35 fee that I didn’t realize was for the included breakfast until speaking with Ben a few days later. It would have been helpful if that had been explained at check-in, but the front desk agent was polite and professional.

.The rooms are very clean and modern. The location is excellent, close to the Hard Rock Hotel, with many restaurant options nearby. The rooftop restaurant and bar are phenomenal. I live in Canada and travel to Florida monthly for business trips, and I stay at this beautiful hotel every time. We checked in and hour ago and have spent the entire time trying to access the internet with no luck. We asked the front desk and management who were unwilling or unable to assist. Go somewhere else! You will definitely have an experience with less stress.

I want to say that the hotel staff was very nice. It’s not their fault. Some very nice people work here . It is rated as a 4 star hotel…it gives that appearance, but it’s not. There is a restaurant and bar on top of the hotel. It was closed all day. It opened at 9pm and was packed and loud. And there were loud rowdy people in the lobby and packed in the elevators. The fact these guys provide earplugs because they are blasting music all night is wild. Our neighbors were also blasting music at 5am, when I phoned the front desk the person said "what do you want me to do" needless to say I was shocked...would never recommend this place to anyone tbh. Also they "ran out of water" and suggested i go to the fitness room and grab some there...sounds of the city they say...more like sounds from your rooftop lounge. Ended up going to the mcdonalds thats in the parking lot to get water...what a ... read more
