Nefasta experiencia, hablé por teléfono para hacer una reserva y tener vista al hotel Guitarra de Hard Rock, me atendieron por teléfono y me dijeron de manera clara que opciones podía escoger que si daban vista: " todas las que tengan balcón, excepto la Juliet" hago mi reserva y al llegar me dicen que no q no trbgo vista mas que a la ciudad y la ciudad es una piscina podrida, he pagado $600 porque estaba lleno por un concierto y no había nada q podían hacer. I was extremely disappointed and upset.The day of my arrival the 4/18/25 was told the pool and the restaurant would be close for the passover. What? I was looking to relax and get lunch with my daughter by the pool and only thing i got was a tip fruit platter and $ 30.00 off my bill where i was paying $950.00 for two nights .Absolut over price! Booked this hotel as a getaway for my husband's 50th birthday. I loved that it was a short distance to the Hard Rock with a shuttle. When we arrived we asked if we could check in early and they told us we could for $100 extra fee. We decided to do that and we're getting ready to check in when they tell us that both the pool and the rooftop restaurant were closed. They also tried to charge us $37 per night for parking (no option to self park) and $30 per night for amenities. Needless to say we told them to cancel our reservat... read more
