I switched to this company in an attempt to do more business locally. I have had multiple run ins on the quality of the work. They are always nice but just don’t get it right from a service standpoint. I drop 30-50 items a month to be cleaned. The last straw was ring around the collar. I had asked specifically for them to scrub the collars (wasn’t the first time it had been an issue). They apologized and offered to run them again. I came back 3 days later and was shocked. do not use this company! horrible customer service and they do piss poor work and won't answer calls or give your money back to you! this place is a scam! stay away! should be shut down for good.
Great Service. Always a friendly smile from the ladies at the counter. They have done some great things with St. John knit items for me, and if they were unsure whether a stain would come out, very upfront about it, and you cannot imagine the kinds of stains you can get at dog shows. Alterations and repairs I had done were exactly, or better, than expected. Will continue to be back.
