Giving only one star because of a problem getting my title for a cash deal on a 2021 Toyota purchase. Dolan charges a $500 documentation fee to buy a car from them. When they botched the documentation sent to *** they would not resolve the problem. I kept getting the response well I did my job, sorry your car title has not arrived. They pointed to *** as being at fault. I had gone into Dolan to buy a new truck I was a returning customer and would have traded my vehicle in. What I wanted was not on the lot so I picked an incoming vehicle that almost was exactly what I was looking for, so I put cash down on the vehicle. I kept in contact with them over the weeks and on July 3rd was told the vehicle was being built out, so I thought it would be a few weeks longer than expected. Finance director and others were ***** in answering a finance-related complaint. Highly recommend Dolan Toyota after working with the finance director and support staff. If you can not get any issues resolved over phone or email - go in person - the staff here will hear your out.
Used the express checkout for a car that showed available on their website, input all the info for credit check and pics for current car for trade in offer. On day 3 I still had not heard anything so I called them only to find out no one was ever assigned my paperwork and the car had since been reserved by someone else. Why bother having a car that is not available in your website or even allowing an express checkout of a vehicle if you aren't going to get back to people to either complete the purchase or to inform them the ... read more

Dolan Toyota went above and beyond to help me after I had gone through 2 Hyundais in less than 2 years due to miscellaneous issues with them. My mother had her Toyota for 17yrs + and just upgraded to another so I decided to switch to the reliable brand.
