I requested a test drive for a new 2022 RAV4. My appointment was confirmed twice with texts from Dolan Toyota. I arrive on time and they ask me to wait out front while they locate the car. After 15-minutes I go back inside and see the sales person sitting at a desk and reviewing documents with a couple of people.
