Great customer Service, did the job as requested, my only complaint is they want to charge to diagnose an issue I already know exist! Why charge for a diagnostic when you are going to charge me for the repair? That's like saying we're charging you for the air in the flat tire you brought in. Sorry you've lost business with me on that point.
