I got my very 1st Lexus & the staff did everything to make that happen! I saw a vehicle online that I wanted to look at & Kandace immediately sprung into action. In fact, Kandace remembered me from a few weeks prior when I did some window shopping; she is very personable & wonderful to work with. We had a very good buying experience. Our sales associate, Sal Vargas, was very helpful throughout the process, and kept us well informed. We were very happy with the attention we received.
I had an accident with my nx300 the body damage was not bad but it did take out alot of electronics so I wanted lexus to do the work. I was assigned an absolutely amazing person Maharlika De Vera she basically took over the whole process working with my insurance and making sure everything was taken care of. The insurance adjuster was very hard to get ahold of and did not really make an effort to speed the process up. Maharlika stayed on top of the situation and kept me well informed.
