I would never hire this company if you value your time and money. I’ve lived in one of their properties for over 3 years and only saw the property manager for the first time the other day after a 100’ tree fell in the yard. They are late to service requests and expect the tenants to manage third party companies. Explain to me why a 200 year old tree is being removed from my house and no one is here from the management company to check in? The tree nearly crushed the house and us inside. Anthony and his team are great. I would say these lease/manage relatively affordable rental properties throughout Los Angeles. We have been at one of the properties for almost 5 years now and it’s been great. Any time I need a service call, the team is on it. If I ever have any problems, Anthony gets right back to me or resolved problems quickly. Great landlord, honestly no issues at all. Recommend.
