The doctor is nice, but doesn’t update mychart or provide documentation and diagnosis in a timely manner. This is a big problem for children with IEP. If the school wanted me to provide my own random diagnosis with no documentation from a doctor I could’ve skipped waiting 6-12 months for the appointments (neither of which have any released documentation 18 months later and 2 months later, respectively).

I am still waiting for months now for a return call for my daughter’s diagnosis. Since this office has ignored my many requests, annd even a visit in person, and her current school many requests, my daughter has lost her IEP and is already falling behind in school having her necessary classes taken away from her.. the phone system is a joke that just sends you in a circle until you are eventually disconnected.

After waiting 9 months for an appointment and being sent home with an autism diagnosis after a 60 minute visit (of which maybe 10 actual minutes were her interacting with my kid) this doctor swore up and down we would have this amazing team and support and resources. That was August 2022. After repeated requests for medical records, not one phone call from me or my pediatrician has been returned. Some support team they are. Go elsewhere, save yourself time and aggravation.
