During the 90° heat, our air conditioning unit stopped cooling. Dok's was able to come out the next day and efficiently diagnosed and repaired the issue. I feel that the cost was very reasonable. This is the second time we have used their service and will continue to do so into the future.
Matt was super communicative & VERY kind! I feel like his pricing was very fair. He was also super conscientious about covering his shoes! I highly recommend him!
Matt came out to do preventative maintenance on our now-old furnace. He found some issues that had surfaced over the past year from his last trip out that needed to be resolved. He gave clear options to repair or replace the furnace, and ultimately we decided to replace it. He was so easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and his prices were very reasonable.
