Had them out about 5 years ago to replace our inefficient air conditioner. Just had to have it replaced again by a different company after they came out numerous times saying we had a leak and kept recharging our system. But our air conditioner never kept up even from the day that it was installed, and when I voiced my concerns I was told that it takes a while for the system to catch up. During the 90° heat, our air conditioning unit stopped cooling. Dok's was able to come out the next day and efficiently diagnosed and repaired the issue. I feel that the cost was very reasonable. This is the second time we have used their service and will continue to do so into the future.

Matt came out to do preventative maintenance on our now-old furnace. He found some issues that had surfaced over the past year from his last trip out that needed to be resolved. He gave clear options to repair or replace the furnace, and ultimately we decided to replace it. He was so easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and his prices were very reasonable.
