I had my annual eye exam in March. Received my glasses approx 3 weeks later. Had to take them back twice and I am STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THEM! Very poor customer service and communication skills!
On multiple occasions,while attempting to schedule my daughters upcoming appointment for their yearly eye wear exam,because both girls has broken their glasses that they received in August of 2025 and is in desperate need for repair or another pair. Each time I've called, my phone calls to the office have been answered by the administrative staff only to be immediately placed on indefinite hold, cutting off communication completely and never click over to schedule appointments.
