I called to schedule an appointment the lady that answered the phone had a very bad attitude!
My daughter and I had an appointment Jan 28th and the visit okay. However, the staff can be more pleasant, the wait time when i called for an update is horrible and as of today my daughter still haven’t received her glasses. I had to call for an update for my glasses which was there and no one reached out. (Just got mines last week) I hope this gets better.
