If you rent an apt with Tim Doherty as a property manger beware...he takes information from less than creditable tenants and if said tenants has a problem with you he will come to the apt and accuse you of some unsavory things...he blames with no proof...if your looking for an apt if he is the manager run!!!!
Profesional & personable – I and my husband met Tim when he showed us an apartment by Memorial Art Gallery that we really liked at the glance. We decided to rent it out through him from the landlord he has a business relationship with. Tim Doherty does a top notch job finding the right apartment for all of his customers. Customer Service is his first priority. Tim Doherty also works very well coordinating issues that tenants have and issues that landlords have. Tim Doherty always tries to please all parties. Tim Doherty does a TERRIFIC JOB!!!
