I was happy with them for many years but not anymore. I got my renewal policy and my premium went up 37% which is ridiculous as I have a perfect driving record and am a senior who drives less then 5,000 miles a year. So, I emailed them 3 times and asked them to explain why it went up so much and NOBODY ever got back to me. Lousy customer service. So, I am cancelling my policies with them. I got a quote from another insurance company and I got more coverage for way less money. They actually beat what I was paying LAST year!
Exceptions met every time. Great batting average again this season.
