Dr. Gilchrist was very rude. Wouldn't answer questions. Acted mad that we were even in her office. When we walked in she says well. What are you going to do about it? And my son said well that's why I'm here stomped out mad. Never will I see that doctor again
At my first visit I felt like I’d found the right doctor. She put out referrals and seemed to really listen. However, after months went by without any call backs, I found out that the referrals had been mismanaged, only by contacting the physician group myself. This turned out to be the first incident and only by repeatedly working to get my referral and imaging submitted correctly did I finally get an appointment. I can see why people may be quick to judge as she is sharp, efficient, and a Doctor of few words. She strikes me as abrupt, but she cares a lot and is a really good Doctor. Doctors like her tend to be misunderstood but I appreciate the no nonsense truth that she provides. She also had very kind words to share about my close family members recent diagnosis and was extremely genuine.
