Awesome she is so patient with our dogs and always a smile
Bella, my Golden Retriever, went there twice. On the first visit she did an awesome job & I was very pleased. The 2nd visit the hair on her feet were barely trimmed & her nails were still long. Within 2 weeks after her grooming she looked like she was needing a groomer. In the difference of grooming results we had to wonder if this was a tactic to have her groomed more frequently. Bella's prior grooming timeline was every 6 weeks.

Jennie is Absolutely the best. She takes such care when grooming my dogs, and is especially good with my senior dogs. If you are looking for an outstanding place to get your animals groomed, this is definitely it!!!
Katsu is sweet and loving, but he suffers from anxiety. Other groomers have not been able to handle him because he twists and turns and snaps and claws. Jennie was wonderfully patient with him. I also like the fact that he is not put into a crate while he's waiting. He is free to roam with the other dogs. The crate, however, is there in case the the dogs don't get along. I highly recommend Jennie Carpenter at Dogz and Catz!
Jennie is amazing and always takes care of my babies she will arrive early and stay late to work around my schedule. She and her staff are the best!!!!
Doogy is always excited to see Jennie and all the dogs at the spa! He looks great every time!!
Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere! My two little ones aren't the most well behaved, but they were still treated with love and care! Will definitely be back! :)
