We are the ultimate dog lovers vacation in the mountains of North Carolina. We feature luxury dog friendly cabins with hot tubs and wood burning fireplaces with spacious private fenced yards, provided dog beds, bowls, and towels. No obedience requirements, we accept all dogs regardless of temperament, breed or size. Canine Connections offers optional dog training and behavioral consults during your stay. Additional dog care services such as feeding and walks are also available.

We had a wonderful family vacation at White squirrel Cabin, our five kids enjoyed every minute. The place is so beautiful, very cozy and spacious. And most important very safe for the puppies. And humans are allowed 🤣😂🤣

Great place to be able to share with your pet. So very clean and beautiful. Even though ice threat cut our visit short we will be back! 🐾♥️

We just spent over a week at the Tree Frog cabin and it has everything you and your dogs would ever need. The porches and fenced in yard were great. There is soooo much to do around Brevard and the cabin is a great location. Would definitely go back!!

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful peaceful place. The cabins are beautiful, clean, completely furnished from very nice linens to comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of room outside for our dogs to play in the fenced yard. Then nice dog beds for them to rest when inside. A lot of windows to enjoy the outdoors as well as spacious decks to sit and watch the dogs run and play! We loved our stay at Dogwoods Retreat. Will definitely go again!!

It was a beautiful and very clean cabin. Our two Goldens and my husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of hiking and beautiful scenery in the area. The hot tub was an added bonus after a long day of hiking. We can’t wait to come back!
