Kennels we’re dark and dirty. We were not impressed with this facility and chose not to leave our dog here.
This facility was amazingly ran. The owner and staff were very friendly and my dog was well taken care of!
Happy customer. Happy furbabies. Had my dogs there for a week. They were happy and not ready to leave when I picked them up. I felt comfortable leaving my pets with them. Thank you. Will use again in the future.
Would never use this facility again. Very low level of professionalism. My advice, plan ahead and pay a little more somewhere else. This was a last minute arrangement. Had a bad gut feeling when I dropped them off. My dogs were fine when I got home, but the front desk clerk didn't know how to process my payment. Had to wait until the owner called him back on the landline because of poor cell service 15-20 minutes. Used this kennel as a last minute option for going out of town. The website is well designed and seems very nice, this is really misleading. The facility is most definitely not state of the art, as the website says. This is a very basic, no frills, kennel. They have small runs with a small section inside and a doggie door leading to the outside. They were very dark and cold and all on concrete.
