I cannot say enough wonderful things about every single employee, from the desk, the vet techs, the vets and the resort staff. Everyone has treated my family, including my 9 year old daughter, and our dog and cat with such love and caring. They genuinely care about the animals and families they see.
Everyone at Dogwood is so welcoming and so caring. They always give my three legged dog the best card and love.
Excellent customer service and follow-up!
I have seen several vets at this office and every time I am very pleased with the experience. The vets will get down on the floor and play with my pup while answering any questions I may have. I also had an emergency visit and they fit me right in and called several times to update me, even if just to say he’s still doing okay, we are waiting on (whatever).
