Dogwood Restaurant The Dogwood restaurant is a hometown favorite in downtown Vinton that's a great place to go to get local home-cooking. I always find that the Dogwood provides great service, although sometimes it is a little slow because there is usually only one main chef and only one grill for the entire restaurant.
