All the staff is amazing and take their time with my son but I want to brag on Jessica at the desk for being so patient and kind. <3
So firstly I’ve used dogwood on several different occasions we are pretty well established.. my daughter had to have a tooth extracted fairly quickly so we set the appointment up and they stated that she needed a cleaning before they could get it pulled which was fine and if there were any out of pocket expenses then I would be emailed (I wasn’t ) so we got all that set up and went to the cleaning appointment where we got X-rays and everything done and they said see you in the morning for her next appointment. Staff was extremely courteous. I came on time, with my son's paper work already done online, we only waited 5 minutes before being called back. Shocking in this day and age to not be left waiting 30 minutes to be seen.
