My wife and I became snowbirds at Dogwood 8 years ago. We LOVE getting away from Wisconsin winters! The residence was old-a 1979 model that needed a lot of work, but was purchased for only $14,000. Rent is very affordable. Managers on site have always been pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the park has many residents who isolate and are inactive. It is a friendly and quiet community.
