There are roaches everywhere, staff unprofessional , they worry about people cars more than the condition of the apartment complex I would live in my truck before I would go back there. The maintenance people ride around on golf carts and act like they know what they doing, all they worry about parking spot when the manage has 4 vehicles parked in front of the office 2 which they don’t even drive, they’ll try to say you’ll late on your rent even it was on autodraft. Horrible place. I had a car, truck, and a bike. Drove the bike on pretty days and the car on ugly days. Hardly drove the truck unless I needed it or it was borrowed. They gave me 3 days to renew my tags on the truck then they towed it. Needless to say, I did not see the note on the truck within 3 days. That $240 tow fee saw to it that i never gave Lindsey management money again. Prior to that incident, I was never late and always paid my bills. Still do, just not to Lindsey Management. If you’re looking for any good apartments to stay at I don’t suggest Lindsey management. Even after staying almost two years with them and never being late on rent they decided to give us a “returned item notice” after paying our rent which we did on time with a valid and open bank account. Now we have a late fee and they refuse to waive either charges. Wow guys great customer service.

Poor management they don't care about the residents.They don"t spray for roaches just drop a drop or two out of a very little can in just a couple places.There always not taking auto payments and saying there putting in a new system and that why your payment wasn't received but that not my problem there not getting their money .Then they charge you a late fee.It there responsibility to take out the change amount.Their maintenance is a few young boys that don't know nothing.My washer doesn't fill up with water on super load s... read more
