Manager very rude to elders some will not ask him to do anything they are intimidated by him and his rudeness towards them . He talks about residents to others inside and outside complex.. so don’t think he likes you when he ackes like it cause as soon as he walks away he’s probably already on phone to make fun or tell something about you to others . The landlord for these apartments was an absolute a$$. I wouldn't rent an apartment there if they were giving them away. Every time I had a question, big or small, he was rude and short with me. Pass these up and look outside Jonesboro for housing.
Quite, secluded, and safe. Great attention is paid to upkeep by management. Would highly recommend
