MJ and Brooke were GREAT and easy to work with! Communication was perfect. MJ came to the house to introduce herself, meet the dogs and to survey the area. MJ was patient with both dogs, very thorough and “was on call” if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend DogWatch of NKY Park Hills to anyone who is looking for pet containment!
Dogwatch underground fence containment. We strongly recommend Dogwatch - our interactions with Brooke and MJ were terrific! MJ was extremely professional as she trained our puppies to stay within the boundaries defined by the underground fence. Staff is great, very helpful, and very timely! My dog loves his invisible fence it keeps him safe! THey were great in training him and picking the best fence to meet his needs! Highly recommend them!
Customer service was fantastic. There was continuous follow up throughout the whole process. I can’t say enough about the communication. The invisible fence has worked exactly as it was described. The on-site dog training by the owner of the company greatly enhanced the experience. I would definitely recommend.
MJ and her staff were great. Answered the phone promptly and took the time to explain the process and answer questions. Met us at our home and again went over the process and answered all our questions. The install was great and only took a few hours. MJ comes to your home and trains your dog multiple times. She also provides you with detailed instructions for training lessons. Please call Dog Watch of NKY they are wonderful!
