Very nice people. Very knowledgeable about dogs and electric fences. However the wire installation phase was done very unprofessionally. They "installed" electric fence wiring around the perimeter of our property. We immediately noticed that wire was exposed above ground in several places. We complained about this so they came back and addressed those areas. Our landscaper did the usual mulching, seasonal cleanup, etc. a few months later and he showed us that the wire was simply put under the mulch and not buried. There's al... read more
