We love our DogWatch fence! Everyone we spoke to was so easy to work with. They explained everything and answered all of my questions. We originally were going to do a smaller space for our dog, but they took the time to educate us on the process, explain what would happen with the collar/fence/dog, and put us at ease. I am so happy that I chose dogwatch and will use them for future needs and would recommend them to anyone easily. Jack is a pro and a great guy who has a good team. It is a family operation and they are first class. My dog black lab (Ralph) caught on quick but still followed the protocol, which is important. They teach you everything that you need to know and you have to apply it. I got the smart fence. It is really cool to see his activity and if he is testing his boundaries. It is well worth the cost.
Gary and Chuck came out and installed our invisible fence yesterday and we are so pleased! They were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about their product!! We had inquired in both Gary and a competitor, Invisible Fence, and we know we made the right decision!!! Our dog is doing great with his training! Thank you!
