We have had our Dogwatch fence for about 5 years and always gotten GREAT response with any questions we have had. We accidentally cut into our fence and OUR DOGWATCH FAMILY was out in a few days to repair …. Thank you SOOOO MUCH your wonderful and quick response. The safety of keeping our kids in the yard is just what we need. ❤️
It’s been about a month since we had the install of the invisible fence. I gotta say…it has worked better than I thought. My dogs only needed about two weeks of on leash training and have been able to go off leash in the yard ever since!! We have a lot of other dogs in the neighborhood that walk by our house…but no issues have occurred. They stay in the yard and don’t even approach. Shane at Dog Watch is amazing! He installed our first fence in 2012 and it worked beautifully. Eventually, our dog didn’t even need to wear the collar-she just knew her boundaries. That sweet dog died last fall, and we just got a new puppy. We called Dog Watch to get our system up and running again, and Shane repaired everything (damage we had done) for a reasonable price. We have two Siberian Huskies, and the hidden fence works great for them. They quickly learned their boundaries, and it has given us peace of mind letting them enjoy the yard safely. Customer service has also been excellent — they are always quick to respond and take care of any concerns or questions we have. Highly recommend!
